Roasts are cut 2-3 lbs

Burger comes in 1 lb chubs

  • Rib Steak, Filet (Tenderloin), Sirloin, T-Bone

  • London Broil (Top Round Roast)

  • Stew Meat 2pkgs

  • Chuck Roast 2 ea, Shoulder Roast 1 ea

  • Brisket

  • Dog bones are an option if you want them
